ABOUT THE OWNERS

Franklin Reider has lived in Palm Beach County for nearly a decade.  Originally from Westbury, Long Island, Frank spent most of his adult life in Brazil, where he was a director of Chase Manhattan's Brazilian Bank in charge of corporate lending.

After leaving the banking industry, Frank was co-managing partner of the five star hotel the Royal Palm Plaza Hotel and Racquet Club in the state of Sao Paulo.  He sold his interest in 1997 and settled with his family in southern Florida.

Frank prepared GOL!'s ecletic wine list and helped design the glassed-in wine cellar in the  center of the restaurant. His children grew up eating weekly at Brazilian steak houses and he is fulfilling a dream in bringing this culinary concept to Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach.

Juarez Morais is in charge of the kitchen and wait staff. Having spent his entire career working in Churrascarias in Brazil and the U.S., Juarez left Fogo de Chao in Atlanta to join GOL!. His knowledge of food preparation and dedication to customer service is second to none!
